Well everyone guess
what! I got transferred! I'm in my second area!!!! I'm having the time
of my life over here in a pueblo outside of
Valencia!!!! I LOVE it!!!! It's super cute and pretty and tropical with
fun palm trees everywhere. I'm a big fan.
My new
companion is named Hermana Bateman. She's from Idaho woo! She's been on
her mission a little bit over a year and goes home in November! So she's
old in the mission it's great. This is my companion on the bus with a bucket on her head. At this
moment this is the only picture I have with her. Or of her. Haha
Life
is good. It's hot and we've got a lot of finding to do over here. I
literally walked into nothing. There weren't teaching anyone. So we get
to experience the joys of opening an area without actually opening it
woop woop! Haha it'll be so great.
This
week's been so good. I've just been reading through the Book of Mormon
and am at the part where the Nephites are starting to be all wicked and
prideful and the Lamanites are being good. And it was interesting for me
to see how the wickedness spread. It's so important to stay strong and
not give into peer pressure when there are bad things around us. There
are so many things we can learn from these situations. I love it.
The mission life is great! I love it!!!!
